Title: Production Department Manager 3rd Shift
Location: Shannondoah, IA
Salary: 70-73K plus bonus the EoY will be some where between 80-95K per year.
Relo Provided.
Second Shift: 4:30pm-3am Mon-Thurs, 5th day as needed
What you ll do:

If so, we re hiring a Production Department Manager 3rd shift at my clients site in Sioux Center, IA to drive continuous improvement and provide training, guidance, and support for our team
Role and Responsibilities
Directly manage 30 40 hourly employees
2nd shift (9pm-7:10am) Monday through Thursday, paid overtime, plus bonus opportunity
Responsible for your department s safety, quality, and productivity
Maintain budget for labor efficiencies in department
Champion continuous improvement in the department (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing)
Reward and follow corrective action guidelines as needed with employees
Interview, hire, train, and develop employee
The ideal Production Department Manager will meet the following qualifications:
Associate s/Bachelor s degree or one to five years of relevant experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Strong team player
Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others
Very organized
Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement a plus
