Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leadingRegulated FX Company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inhighvolume recruitment particularly within the financial services sector and must be currentlyresiding in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

HighVolume Recruitment: Lead and manage the fullcycle recruitment process forlargescale hiring initiatives ensuring that the company’s talent acquisition needs aremet efficiently and effectively.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards socialmedia networking events and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings interviews and assessmentsto evaluate candidates' qualifications experience and cultural fit.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understandtheir staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with the regulatory standardsspecific to the FX industry.

Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires ensuring that allnecessary documentation and orientation are completed.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and thecompetitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regularreports to senior management on hiring progress and metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in highvolume recruitment preferably in the financial services or FXindustry.

Indepth understanding of the Dubai job market and labor laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates

and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaignssimultaneously.

Proficient in using recruitment software and tools. Must be currently residing in Dubai.
