As a Senior Project Manager at HighEnd Construction Company you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing highprofile construction projects in the UAE. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope budget and timeline while maintaining the companys commitment to quality and excellence in construction.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

• Lead the project initiation phase including project scope definition budget estimation and development of project timelines.
• Collaborate with the project stakeholders to identify goals objectives and success criteria.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a highperformance project team providing guidance mentoring and support to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to enhance team productivity and morale.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets ensuring costeffectiveness and resource optimization.
• Monitor and control project expenses making strategic decisions to keep the project within budget.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans.
• Implement proactive measures to address risks and deviations from the project plan.

Construction Oversight:

• Supervise the construction process ensuring adherence to design specifications quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Client Relations:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients keeping them informed about project progress changes and milestones.
• Address client concerns and maintain a strong client relationship throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in construction and project delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with specifications.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including plans schedules and financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a focus on highend projects.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Indepth knowledge of construction processes regulations and quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Preferred minimum of 1215 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager within the UAE particularly in a reputable construction industry.
