Overview:
RAK Properties PJSC is seeking a Planning Manager / Senior Planning Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a Planning Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and development of our projects ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry strong project management skills and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans timelines and budgets for various real estate development projects.
Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Liaise with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered according to specifications and standards.
Manage project timelines and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status costs and any potential issues.
Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of local regulations and building codes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
