• Carry out regular training and coaching to enhance performance
• Carry out regular self-audit on department and assess feedback and prepare action plans
• Follow guidelines set in the operations manual relating to customer service, store operating and back end cash office
• Maintain H&S standards
• Review staff performance in line with store and company guidelines
• Oversee cash transaction entry and management
• Maintain high standard of visual appearance throughout the store
• Drive Shukran program
• Coordinate with Finance
• Increase and maximize productivity targets through driving retail KPIs and operation basics
• Develop individual career plans and succession planning
• Ensure a smooth-running operation through effective shift and holiday planning
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and take measures to prevent issues
