The Portfolio Servicing Analyst plays a key role at PACE Equity Finance by supporting the asset management and servicing functions of the company’s C-PACE portfolio. This individual is responsible for assisting with, construction disbursements, portfolio reporting, loan servicing administration, ongoing asset monitoring and loan onboarding. The Loan Servicing Analyst works closely with clients, escrow agents, investors, third-party servicers, and internal business partners to help ensure efficient execution of disbursements, accurate portfolio data management, regulatory and program compliance, and proactive risk management across funded projects
