Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Receive shipments from courier companies
- Pick up shipments from Airport/ Sea port
- Handover shipments to customer
- Packing and dispatch of spare parts
- Organize the warehouse and maintain the storage area as well as replenishing the work supplies
- Administrative and organisational duties (e.g. cycle count aging analyses etc.)
- Close cooperation with spare parts- as well as service and logistics department print delivery notes
- Updating the ERP system with incoming and outgoing of merchandise
Competencies
- Completed technical and/or logistics apprenticeship
- Experience in a comparable occupation
- Driving & Forklist license is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- English fluent in both spoken and written
Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word Excel etc.)
