Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access or potential security threats
- Conduct regular checks of all security systems including CCTV cameras and alarms
- Respond to any security incidents or emergencies and report them to the appropriate authorities
- Perform maintenance tasks such as minor repairs painting and cleaning to ensure the facility is well-maintained
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and security activities
- Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any security or maintenance concerns
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on security and maintenance best practices

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Valid security license and knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks as needed
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if required
- Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
