Salary : 1400 Food And Accommodation
Rotational Shift : 90/30
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Waste Handler for our client . The Waste Handler will be responsible for the proper handling storage and disposal of waste materials in accordance with company and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and properly sort waste materials from designated areas
- Operate and maintain waste management equipment such as compactors shredders and balers
- Ensure all waste is properly labeled and stored in designated areas
- Monitor waste levels and coordinate with management for timely removal and disposal
- Maintain accurate records of waste collection and disposal
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while handling waste materials
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on waste management regulations and best practices
- Report any issues or concerns related to waste management to management
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in waste management preferably in an industrial or commercial setting
- Knowledge of waste management regulations and procedures
- Ability to operate waste management equipment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
