Waiter/Waitress - For Upmarket Casual Dining Restaurant

Apt Resources is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Waiter/Waitress at an upmarket casual dining restaurant. This vibrant establishment is known for its exceptional service inviting atmosphere and a menu that showcases innovative dishes made from high-quality ingredients.

As a Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for providing a delightful dining experience for our guests. You will greet customers take their orders serve food and beverages and ensure that their needs are met throughout their visit. Your role is critical in creating a warm and welcoming environment ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

• Welcome and greet guests promptly upon arrival
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items specials and recommendations
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurants ordering system
• Serve orders promptly and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Prepare tables by setting up linens utensils and glassware
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals
• Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and positivity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a casual dining environment preferably in an upmarket setting
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and pairing options
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training or certifications are a plus

The salary is AED 1700 - 2400 AED 375 Food allowance AED 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) AED 1200 Credit card tips Cash tips free Accommodation Transport uniforms Health insurance air ticket ( once every two years) Paid leave as per UAE laws
