WaiterWaitress (All Day Dining)

We are looking for a dynamic energetic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our busy All Day Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service.

What you will be doing:

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional friendly and courteous manner.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set cleaned and maintained throughout service periods.
• Handle guest inquiries special requests and complaints efficiently escalating concerns when necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items promotions allergens and outlet operations.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Support colleagues during peak meal periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow all hygiene food safety and health & safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for service at all times.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Should have min. 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations
• Should have a strong F&B Product Knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
