Manage staff schedules training and performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Handle inventory stock and supplier orders.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
Requirements:
For Waiters:
Previous experience in a fast food or restaurant setting.
Fluent in French (spoken and written).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle highvolume situations.
For Managers:
Proven experience as a manager in a fast food or restaurant environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Fluent in French (spoken and written).
Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business goals.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
