• Greet, seat, and serve clients in a professional, confidential, and personal manner • Gain in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu at the designated outlet in order to assist and advise guests • Continuously monitor the quality of food and beverages that are served • Practice good customer relations and satisfactorily attend to customer complaints/inquiries. • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the port and maintaining all service equipment • Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after service (misallocation and scene error) • Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and • Effective use of sales techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
