IRD Waiter

As an IRD Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

• Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items

• Ensure that all food and beverages are of high quality

• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including setting and clearing tables

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service

• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests

• Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an IRD Waiter

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage items and their preparation methods

• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
