Responsibilities
• Oversee transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement for crypto and traditional financial instruments.
• Provide comprehensive operational support to facilitate client transition from traditional finance to crypto asset trading.
• Conduct KYC and AML due diligence in compliance with crypto-specific regulations.
• Resolve client queries and account issues.
• Adapt and enforce traditional financial regulations within the crypto trading framework.
• Maintain operational procedures and documentation.
