Job Duties and Accountabilities:Â
Core duties:
Coordinate with airport authorities to apply for landing permits and obtain them on time.
Provide current airport information for crew and passengers (weather/flights plan, locations, services etc.).
Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, air-to-ground radios (base station), ground radios, internal CRM system, computers and phones as required.
Coordinate with Duty Officer on customer service tasks, including assisting customers with questions about the trip, hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, local attractions and activities, etc.
