- Execute and operate all aspects of the sales support function including but not limited to system, logistics, pre and post sales support processes, events and management report.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy to support the sales team's goals and objectives and execution of business plan
- leadership to the sales operations support team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to align the sales operations support strategy with overall company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the coordination of property showings, client meetings, and transaction processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide strategic solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee the end-to-end real estate sales operations process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Streamline and standardize processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales operations support.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction data. Use this information to drive improvements in products, services, and customer experiences.
