You will work on key initiatives and projects in areas such as recruitment, talent development and culture, in addition to managing annual talent processes. - Play a role in the design and management of talent projects in support of our business strategy and operational priorities, with key focus areas being recruitment and employee development programs.
- Provide advice and guidance on various topics including performance management, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, coaching, and talent reviews.
