Vehicle Preparation Supervisor

We are looking for a Vehicle Preparation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all vehicle readiness operations ensuring every car is thoroughly cleaned tinted and detailed before final handover to customers.

This role suits someone with hands-on automotive experience strong team management skills and a sharp eye for detail. Core Functions

• Supervise daily vehicle preparation tasks including tinting washing polishing and interior detailing.

• Ensure all vehicles meet delivery standards and customer expectations.

• Inspect finished vehicles for cleanliness and quality control before handover.

• Maintain accurate records of preparation timelines and completion.

Team Oversight & Communication

• Lead and manage a team of cleaners and technicians with clear direction.

• Schedule workloads and allocate tasks to optimize productivity.

• Report regularly to management on status issues or delays.

• Foster a positive team-oriented environment focused on high performance.

Operational Standards & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness procedures.

• Monitor usage and inventory of cleaning materials and tinting supplies.

• Coordinate minor issue resolutions to avoid delivery delays.

• Identify and implement improvements in preparation workflow.

• 3 years of experience in vehicle preparation detailing or related automotive roles.

• Proven ability to manage and supervise a team in a hands-on environment.

• Familiarity with automotive tinting polishing and detailing techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle presentation quality.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume setting.

• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
