We are recruiting an Usher for one of our clients based in Dubai UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic mobility solutions provider revolutionizing urban transport in Dubai through reliable ride-hailing efficient delivery services and eco-friendly micro-mobility optionsenhancing connectivity and convenience for everyday commuters.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting arriving and departing passengers
Providing clear directions to check-in counters boarding gates baggage claim security checkpoints restrooms restaurants and transportation areas
Responding to passenger inquiries regarding flight schedules gate updates boarding times and airport facilities
Escorting and supporting passengers with special needs to ensure a smooth travel experience
Managing crowds and maintaining orderly queues for efficient passenger flow

Requirements

Graduate or High School Diploma / Certificate in Travel or Hospitality
Prior experience as an Usher Guest Attendant or Passenger Service Agent will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor
Candidates on a spouse or father-sponsored visa are preferred
