Vehicle Preparation:
Maintain fleet records ( total fleets, new purchases, defleeting )
Organize and coordinate with associates to prepare vehicles for the Live Auction Portal.
Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly washed, cleaned, and visually documented for auction.
Key Coordination:
Collaborate with the procurement team to provide spare keys for vehicles before Auction day.
Branch Communication:
Follow up with various rental branches within UAE to gather information on vehicles due for sale.
