Job Description

Your Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar and independent HR Generalist or HR Business Partner position;
  • Good knowledge of and experience in Dutch labor law and employment regulations as well as experience in labor relations and working with works councils;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships and influence stakeholders within all departments and levels of the organization;
  • Affinitiy with recruiting, retaining & developing talent, and change management experience are stronly preferred;
  • Fluent proficiency in both Dutch and English language (verbally and in writing) is required;
  • Good IT skills affinity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as HR information systems;
  • Based and authorized to work in the Netherlands with the ability to work on-site in the Amsterdam area, possession of a driver's license and car is strongly desired.
