Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble motorcycle frames go-kart chassis vehicle structures and prototype assemblies.
  
• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on steel stainless steel chrome steel and aluminium components.
  
• Interpret engineering drawings fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
  
• Carry out chassis fabrication structural modifications and precision fitting work.
  
• Operate fabrication equipment including pipe benders cutting tools grinders and welding equipment.
  
• Support prototype development and R&D projects.
  
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve designs and manufacturing processes.
  
• Ensure weld quality structural integrity and dimensional accuracy.
  
• Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot fabrication challenges.
  
• Contribute ideas for process improvements product enhancements and innovative manufacturing solutions.
  
• Maintain a safe organized and efficient workshop environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of fabrication and welding experience.
  
• Strong expertise in TIG and MIG welding.
  
• Experience working with steel stainless steel chrome steel and aluminium.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
  
• Experience in automotive manufacturing motorsport fabrication motorcycle manufacturing prototype development or fabrication workshops is highly preferred.
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Good English communication skills.
  
• Passion for engineering innovation and product development.
  
• Immediate or short-notice joiners will be an advantage.
