Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Emirati Sweets Chef to join for one of our prestigious Restaurant in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Emirati and Arabic foods sweets breads and snacks while maintaining excellent food quality hygiene and presentation standards. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and support daily food production operations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare traditional Emirati and Arabic foods sweets breads and snacks
- Ensure consistency in taste quality and food presentation
- Follow kitchen hygiene sanitation and food safety standards
- Support daily kitchen production and operational activities
- Properly handle store and manage ingredients and food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area
- Work efficiently during busy operational hours
- Assist the kitchen team in meeting daily production targets
Local (Emirati) Food Experience Required
Candidates should have experience in preparing:
- Luqaimat
- Aseeda
- Khabeesa
- Um Ali
- Reqaq Bread
- Jebab Bread
- Samosa
- Sago
- Other traditional Emirati and Arabic foods
Requirements
- Previous experience(1-3 years) in Arabic or Emirati food preparation
- Knowledge of traditional local sweets breads and snacks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
