Job Summary: The training Engineer will be responsible for managing the delivery of all staff and maintain related documentation. Shall be responsible to coordinate various departments of the plant and assist the management in grooming well trained and professionally talented in- house team.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Training Engineer include but are not limited to the following
Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and record the training needs of all the staff
Assist and contribute to the development of the plant wide training plan
Assist in preparation of the training budget for entire plant
Coordinate and arrange external trainings.
Identify and develop in-house talents to optimize training resources
Coordinate with departments and ensure effective implementation of training plan
Provide training to fresh recruits to assist motivate and integrate them into team.
Contribute to preparing qualification program for all departments
Implement and monitor the progress of qualification programs for staff.
Conduct or assist to conduct testing as per the qualifications programs.
Provide monthly progress reports on the qualification programs and training programs
Assist HR Manager in the implementation of overall training and development program
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the management
Comply with company policies and procedures and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 latest versions requirements
Comply with project agreements and legal requirements
comply with occupational Health and Safety Environmental Management System and SPSA requirements
Qualifications: Engineering Degree / Diploma from an Accredited university or college
Experience: Min 5 Years of Experience in similar field preferably in power plants.
