• Execute trades efficiently via electronic trading platforms while maintaining adherence to compliance regulatory and risk guidelines.
• Analyse trade performance maintain comprehensive records and summarise trading activity for review by senior management.
• Collaborate with other traders analysts and technology teams to optimise execution diversify approaches and share market intelligence.
• Stay informed about evolving US stock market trends trading technologies and best practices promoting innovation and informed decision-making.

• Proven experience in live equity trading ideally in US markets with a sound understanding of stock exchanges order types and liquidity management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret charts technical indicators market flows and statistical data to inform trading decisions.
• Excellent judgement discipline and resilience in fast-moving financial environments with a focus on effective risk management.
• Clear communication and collaborative skills for working within a diverse and dynamic trading team.
• Technical proficiency in trading platforms market data software and business productivity tools including Excel and relevant analytical applications.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Mathematics Engineering or a related quantitative discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years direct experience trading US equities and a demonstrable record of performance.
• Professional certifications in financial markets (CFA CMT or similar) are advantageous.
