Lead the acquisition of new customers and manage existing customer relationships by identifying sales and cross-selling opportunities in accordance with agreed policies, procedures and starvation in order to achieve targeted growth for the assigned region in accordance with the overall bank strategy
Responsibilities
1. Revenue generation
Deploy and monitor the implementation of sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory with a focus on diversifying revenue sources, expanding the asset/liability portfolio, and identifying new areas of growth to ensure sales targets are met and the profitability of the assigned portfolio is maximized.
2. Portfolio management
Identify and evaluate customer needs and offer new solutions/engagement in alternative channels and additional services to meet their business needs, increase transaction volume and portfolio growth assigned to the region
3. Evaluating and managing credit risks
Analyze and evaluate customers' credit risks and ensure accurate credit applications are prepared in accordance with the bank's credit risk policies and procedures in order to ensure trade support teams are able to structure deals appropriately and secure profitable business deals for the assigned region
4. Research and data collection
Monitor market trends, applied sales and service models, best practices inside/outside the UAE, and competition and share them with senior management in order to adjust the sales model and practices of ADCB, exploit market opportunities and prevent potential losses.
