Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Tender Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tendering process and be able to manage tender submissions document preparation and ensure compliance with all regulations and client specifications. This position is critical to the success of our business operations and will require someone who is proactive and capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare review and submit tender documents in accordance with client requirements deadlines and industryspecific standards.
- Collaborate with relevant internal departments (sales legal finance etc. to gather information necessary for tender submissions.
- Analyze tender specifications terms and conditions to ensure full compliance and competitive submission.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends market conditions and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients vendors and other stakeholders to clarify tender requirements and obtain necessary documents.
- Track and monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
- Evaluate tender opportunities in real estate healthcare construction or other industries as relevant and advise management on potential risks and rewards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase future business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Real Estate Healthcare Construction or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering procurement or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of the tendering process documentation requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with tender management software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
