• Cold calling, follow ups, conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products and services.
• Lead generation for business prospects in UAE market.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
• Take responsible in responding to customer’s inquiries received through email, messages and calls.
• Process orders once Purchase Order has been received from customers.
