Providing backend support and coordinating with store/kiosk staff.
Facilitating coordination among all stakeholders regarding lease agreements trade licenses TRA and work permits.
Handling tasks including LPO (Local Purchase Order) GRN (Goods Receipt Note) STO (Stock Transfer Order) and invoicing for all store/kiosk sales across regions.
Collaborate and assist the sales team.
Assisting and supporting management.
Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
Bachelor s degree in business administration or similar field.
Excellent organizational skills.
Working familiarity with CRM platforms.
Highlevel written and verbal communication skills.
