Altaqadum Almustamer IT Consultancy is an elite technology solutions and cloud enterprise consulting firm based in Dubai UAE. We drive high-impact workflow automation infrastructure setup and digital transformation for corporate clients. We are aggressively onboarding a high-energy relentless Female Junior Tele-Sales & Executive Assistant to anchor our business operations and sales pipelines.
Key Operational Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-velocity outbound B2B corporate sales calls via Zoho CRM to promote pitch and close our diverse range of technology solutions and automation packages.
- Act as the central operations and organizational anchor directly assisting the CEO in organizing daily tasks mapping client ideas and tracking project statuses.
- Manage freelance field engineering technician deployment schedules and coordinate client onboarding timelines.
- Dispatch professional estimates and digital contracts and track client payments and deposits through Zoho Books.
Requirements & Candidate Profile:
- Highly professional verbal fluency sharp presentation skills and strong negotiation capabilities in English.
- Driven target-hungry mindset with absolute comfort making daily outbound corporate sales and cold/warm calls.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a strong ability to manage software boards and coordinate teams.
- Immediate availability to start full-time with zero notice period.
- Valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle is an advantage but NOT mandatory for this office-based anchor role.
