Job Description

  • Utilize expert insights to critically assess and validate proposed solutions, drawing upon deep expertise in EPM systems and Budgeting and Consolidation operations.
  • Lead the validation and testing phase of the ERP transformation program, ensuring meticulous assessment of whether the configured business processes within the EPM system meet the specified business requirements.
  • Collaborate intensively with systems implementers and business stakeholders to comprehensively understand business requirements related to Budgeting and Consolidation processes, reporting, compliance, and analysis.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices, leveraging extensive experience to validate and challenge recommendations and strategies related to EPM systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency enhancement within the EPM system.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a closely related field
  • 15 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years dedicated specifically to finance, ERP systems, and related transformations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and contributing to major transformation programs within the finance domain.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working as a key EPM Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Analyst for a minimum of two major SAP or Oracle Fusion transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute financial process improvements and ERP system enhancements, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of financial operations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to finance and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to ensure that financial processes and reporting mechanisms within the ERP system adhere to these standards
