Create and maintain clear concise and comprehensive technical documentation including:

Work with internal teams to understand product requirements and translate them into documentation.

Organize and write supporting content for software development engineering or IT systems.

Edit and standardize materials prepared by other team members to ensure consistent tone and style.

Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve content quality and usability.

Maintain version control and documentation history using tools like Git or Confluence.

Bachelors degree in English Technical Communication Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience (2 years) as a Technical Writer preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.

Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g. Microsoft Office MadCap Flare Confluence Git or Adobe FrameMaker).

Familiarity with HTML Markdown or XML is a plus.

Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a bonus.

Experience writing for a developer audience (e.g. API or SDK documentation).

Knowledge of content management systems and version control practices.
