Technical Lead

• Develop and own the technology strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
• Collaborate with the founders on product strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Define the technical architecture, frameworks, and tools to be used
• Take a hands-on approach to leading the development of the MVP
• Ensure timely high-quality delivery of milestones and objectives
• Ensure thorough documentation of code, architecture, and technical decisions
• Help in developing the vision of the tech team and assist in hiring initial tech roles
• Implement agile methodologies, optimise workflows and manage third-party vendors

• Proven track record in a senior technical leadership role within a consumer facing online platform
• Strong experience in leading development of MVPs and bringing products from concept to market
• Expert with agile development methodologies and SDLC
• Ability to think strategically and align technology strategies with overall business goals
• Expert knowledge of modern tech stacks with ability to pick the right tool for the job
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and databases and how this impacts product performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Candidates with prior experience within health-tech or booking platforms will have a strong advantage
