Technical Administrator

The role

The Technical Administrator will play a critical role in supporting communication coordination and administrative functions for the Managing Director of the business. This position will act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders ensuring seamless coordination and efficient management of tasks. The role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills technical writing capabilities and an analytical mindset to support project planning reporting and proposal coordination.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide highlevel administrative support to the Regional Lead Building & Cities.
• Assist in coordinating internal business activities for the Regional Lead and relevant stakeholders.
• Organize and schedule meetings prepare agendas and take detailed minutes.
• Support project planning by tracking schedules deliverables and milestones.
• Assist in the preparation and production of reports including technical documentation and planning schedules.
• Coordinate proposal development activities ensuring accurate data compilation formatting and submission.
• Draft edit and proofread technical reports and documentation.
• Ensure clear and concise communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Prepare professional correspondence presentations and briefing materials as required.

Suitable applicants will have:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a technical administrative or project coordination role.
• Prior experience in a consulting or engineering environment is preferred.
• Background in proposal coordination and project planning is highly desirable.
