• Experience with hiring for corporate functions up to and including VP/C-suite level
• Experience handling 10+ roles at once - multiple roles, we are working on positions across all functions and at varying levels of seniority
• Strong stakeholder skills - they will be interacting with the CEO and MDs and they need to be comfortable with this
• Organized and comfortable with presenting reports and summaries etc.
• Emiratization is a major plus
