• Design and implement leadership development programs to identify and nurture high-potential talent within the organization.
• Provide coaching and support to senior leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities.
  
  

Talent Management:

• Assess training needs and design, deliver, or source relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Identify skill gaps and work with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs.
• Spearhead the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive learning programs to enhance the professional development of our employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to identify training needs, create engaging content, and deliver effective training sessions that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Play a key role in talent development, assess individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to support career growth and succession planning.
