Talent Acquisition partner

- Talent Acquisition Experience of a minimum of 2 years whether on agency or client side

- A minimum of 4 years total experience whether agency or client side

- This role is targeting ONLY candidates based in Dubai with experience in the UAE or the GCC

-Experience in hiring roles within the following industries is very highly recommended: Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality and Logistics

-360 recruitment experience (managing both recruitment and generating business through different business development methodologies)

-Track record of closing roles of different seniority levels including executive and C-suite roles

-Fluency in English is a MUST, Russian or French is a strong plus

-Proven record of working versus stretched targets including building a growing client database

-Passionate about client relationship management
