Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (1-7 years)

- Strong knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems

- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in HR or Recruitment
