- Ensure recruitment management information is collated accurately and made available for the Human Capital dashboard and any ad hoc requestsEmiratization, localization and Diversity: Provide full support to the Nationalization strategy and ensure that Majid Al Futtaim Shopping Malls Business Unit complies with Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Majid Al Futtaim Holdings and the government requirements of employment of UAE Nationals.
- MIS Reports: Prepare and provide relevant periodic reports/dashboards (monthly, quarterly, annual MIS reports or as deemed necessary) on Recruitment and Manpower Planning.
- Prepare and provide relevant information to the team to facilitate free flow of information related to Recruitment and Manpower planning.
