Tagalog Speaking Operational Administrative Technician - Diamond Mine

Apt Resources is seeking an Operational Administrative Technician to join our clients team at a leading diamond mining operation in West and South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting mine activities by monitoring daily operations providing administrative assistance reporting on site conditions and protecting the interests of shareholders. This is a key role in ensuring strong oversight effective communication and operational discipline at the mine.

• Monitor daily activities at the mining site and report regularly to management.
• Assist with the administration of operational records production reports inventories and site documentation.
• Communicate any operational personnel or compliance issues to management promptly.
• Verify adherence to company policies operational procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and help control material and supply inventories.
• Support coordination between operational departments and shareholders representatives.
• Act as a liaison between local teams and senior management.

• Previous experience working in mining operations (administrative operations or supervisory roles).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of integrity reliability and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a strong advantage).
• Ability to work independently in a remote mining environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word Excel Email communication).

Salary: USD(gross sum per month income tax of 25 in Angola and money transfer cost of 820 for fund remittance fee back to the countryoforigin)
