Apt Resources a leading recruitment company is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Chairman/CEO in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide highlevel administrative support to the Chairman/CEO enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively. • Manage the Chairman/CEOs schedule and plan meetings accompany the CEO on business trips to different countriesasrequired.
• Monitor and respond to emails correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
• Possess a strong understanding of contracts with experience in analyzing and providing insights. Capable of reviewing contracts offering feedback and conducting an initial validation before presenting them tothechairman.
• Prepare reports presentations and other documents as required by the Chairman/CEO.
• Manage projects and undertake research on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
• Attend meetings with the Chairman/CEO and take notes and minutes.
• Serve as a liaison between the Chairman/CEO and all other stakeholders internally and externally.
• Handle confidential information with complete discretion.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role preferably with at least 15 years of professional experience.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or Commerce.
• Knowledge in SAP
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret financial data contracts and other documents.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
• High level of emotional intelligence discretion and professionalism.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally with the Chairman.
