To manage the daily operational support service function for the facility in an efficient manner to ensure overall patient experience goals of the company are achieved
Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services and contractors
Monitor and manage quality governance and compliance processes related to support services
Support and monitor the contracting process for all related support services
Monitor and manage the quality and service standards of catering services for the business unit(s)
Manage and lead the support services team
Provide daily operational oversight and management support for all support services in the business
A relevant associate degree or diploma in facility or hospitality management
At least 5-8 years experience in facility/hospitality management in healthcare or similar facility type
At least 5 years general management experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience in negotiations
- Contract negotiation
