Job Summary

Are you a driven supply chain leader with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement Join Doka Gulf as our Supply Chain & Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our supply chain and operational performance across the UAE and Oman.

In this role youll lead demand planning inventory management logistics and warehouse operations while driving efficiency collaboration and process excellence across the business. Youll have the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives enhance operational performance and make a tangible impact on business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand planning and forecasting for UAE and Oman
  • Own inventory management safety stock optimization and inventory health
  • Reduce slow-moving and non-moving inventory
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics
  • Coordinate material flows between local inventory regional hubs and Group supply sources
  • Oversee warehouse and yard operations including receiving storage dispatch return and reconditioning
  • Lead and develop the Warehouse/Yard Manager and operational teams
  • Lead continuous improvement automation and digitalization initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs relating to inventory logistics warehouse productivity and safety
  • Support budgeting forecasting and investment planning
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering Commercial and Finance teams

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years experience in supply chain logistics inventory management or operations leadership
  • Experience managing teams and leading operational improvements
  • Exposure to warehouse yard or distribution operations
  • Experience in construction formwork scaffolding industrial equipment rental or related industries preferred
  • Strong ERP Excel and Power BI skills
  • Strong leadership potential and commercial awareness
  • Excellent English communication skills
