Supply Chain Data Analyst, Supply Chain Team

This role involves big data handling and cross functional communication. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain.

Key job responsibilities
Support the intra-day management of transportation capacities. This will mean you will be monitoring multiple dashboards and receiving multiple change requests from partner teams within a day. You will be expected to deploy the requested changes within the set SLA with high degree of accuracy. Therefore you will be required to maintain a high bar on attention to detail ensuring that all requested changes are accurately and fully completed.

You are expected to be flexible to work in different shift structures and your schedule can include Night Shifts and Weekends.

Collect and analyze data
Support business growth in constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions
Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace by identifying implementing available tools/automation.
Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses
Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business operations and technical audiences
Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization

- Bachelors degree
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in Excel (macros index conditional list arrays pivots lookups) or experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses

- Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
- Experience creating and delivering written and oral communications for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with SQL and Python scripting
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
