Supply Chain Analyst [Dubai, UAE]
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to analyze supply chain data improve operational efficiency and support planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with procurement logistics inventory and operations teams to identify trends reduce costs and improve supply chain performance.
Analyze supply chain inventory procurement and logistics data.
Monitor inventory levels demand supply and order fulfillment.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs.
Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Support demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Analyze supplier performance lead times and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with procurement warehouse logistics and operations teams.
Track purchase orders and investigate supply or delivery issues.
Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation.
Assist in cost analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Logistics Finance or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in supply chain logistics procurement or data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
Good understanding of inventory management forecasting and procurement processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and present insights clearly.
