Supply Chain Analyst [Dubai, UAE]

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to analyze supply chain data improve operational efficiency and support planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with procurement logistics inventory and operations teams to identify trends reduce costs and improve supply chain performance.

• Analyze supply chain inventory procurement and logistics data.

• Monitor inventory levels demand supply and order fulfillment.

• Prepare reports and dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs.

• Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning.

• Analyze supplier performance lead times and delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with procurement warehouse logistics and operations teams.

• Track purchase orders and investigate supply or delivery issues.

• Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation.

• Assist in cost analysis and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Logistics Finance or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain logistics procurement or data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Good understanding of inventory management forecasting and procurement processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work with large datasets and present insights clearly.
