Supervisor, Piping

• Supervise and coordinate piping installation fabrication erection testing and reinstatement activities at the project site.
• Manage piping foremen pipe fitters welders helpers and subcontractor manpower to ensure efficient execution of work.
• Monitor progress of piping works and ensure completion within approved project schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering QA/QC HSE planning and other disciplines to resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure piping installation is carried out as per approved drawings specifications welding procedures and quality standards.
• Verify correct materials pipe spools valves fittings supports and consumables are available before starting work.
• Supervise piping fabrication fit-up welding alignment installation of supports and mechanical completion activities.
• Ensure proper execution of piping pressure testing flushing cleaning drying and reinstatement activities.
• Monitor welding activities and ensure compliance with approved WPS PQR and project welding requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures client safety requirements and permit-to-work systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety briefings to ensure safe working practices.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain an organized and safe working environment.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in piping construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of piping fabrication erection installation and testing activities.
• Familiarity with ASME B31.3 API standards welding procedures and inspection requirements.
