• Supervise all areas of Entrance Operations
• Ensure high quality and consistent guest experience
• Maximize employee satisfaction
• Maintain logs and complete daily paperwork
• Monitor and respond to guest situations
• Train and certify staff
• Consolidate and submit daily cashier reports
• Maintain cash handling procedures
• Provide exemplary guest service
• Collaborate with management team and perform other requested duties
