Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and targets.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

  • Track and analyze the industry trends competitive landscape and best practices to inform strategic decisionmaking.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and refine the OKRS key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

  • Monitor and analyze performance data to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on performance trends opportunities and challenges.

  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

  • Develop strategic project plans in collaboration with senior leadership to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Ensure effective communication and alignment of project objectives with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 3 years experience in strategic performance project management preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and execute complex project plans preferably in a consulting firm with a focus on strategy and performance management.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information related to OKRs and KPIs to diverse audiences.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving results and leading crossfunctional teams.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in strategy and performance management software and tools; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • Passionate about innovation entrepreneurship and making a positive impact
